Settletopia
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Early preview of a procedurally generated open-world multiplayer colony management game!
Website: settletopia.com
In this game, you will build your own kingdom and explore the vast world that lies ahead of you. You can either cooperate with your friends to develop a kingdom together, or each of you can build your own kingdom in one game world.
Available features:
- Establish a settlement in a procedurally generated world that is unique each time you play,
- Cut plants, mine resources, build walls and floors for your settlement.
- A vast world to explore, for your colony to expand.
- Single-player or multiplayer options available.
The game controls:
- Move around the game map using WASD keys.
- Zoom in and out of the world view using the scroll wheel or +/- buttons
- Interact with the game world using your mouse left or right click.
- Open the game menu and exit the game using the Escape key
- Use shortcuts located on the right side of the buttons to perform actions faster when in world view.
- You can adjust the interface size in the game settings.
Please note that the game is still in active development, and this is an early preview demonstrating the technical feasibility of such a game. The core engine of the game has been implemented, ensuring a procedurally generated open-world multiplayer colony management base functionallity on which the game will be built further. We are currently working on adding more functionality to the game, such as dropped resources, designing special areas like rooms or stockpiles, implementing combat, improving game entity AI, and introducing other wonders and dangers that the game world will have.

Very impressive! How long did this take to create?
Also, sorry if I butchered the game preview in the gamedev lv stream :D I didn't have the chance to read the description before trying it out
Game in development since end of January with some breaks.
That was a very good user test :) Will need to make some kind of easily accessible tutorial.
